Jasmine Harris is the CEO and Founder of In-Gauge HR Consulting. Jasmine is a certified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University. She has been granted the opportunity to operate within extensive HR Roles over the last 6 years within various industries that consist of retail, construction, and most recently non-profit. Whether supporting a group of 80 employees or 2500 employees, Jasmine understands the importance of having a solid and knowledgeable HR team within an organization, despite an organization’s size. With this in mind, Jasmine founded In-Gauge HR Consulting in 2022, with the mission of providing HR support to small businesses and religious institutions.
